Common Issues

Troubleshooting Setup Problems

Re-check your Server URL, Username, and Password for extra spaces, especially if you copy-pasted from your email. Confirm your subscription hasn't expired, and make sure your device's date and time are set to automatic — an incorrect clock is a common cause of authentication failures.
Double-check you typed ibo.al exactly, with no "www" or "https://" needed. If the page still won't load, restart the Downloader app, confirm your device is connected to the internet, and try again.
Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if possible, especially for 4K content. If you're on Wi-Fi, move closer to your router or restart it. You can also try a lower quality stream within the app's channel options if your connection is limited.
Uninstall and reinstall the app from ibo.al, making sure you selected the correct category for your exact device. Restarting your device after installation also resolves most first-launch issues.
This usually clears up on its own within a minute as the app switches to a backup stream. If it persists on a specific channel, try reloading the playlist or contact support with the channel name so we can check it on our end.

No. Your playlist credentials stay the same across renewals unless support tells you otherwise, so the app keeps working without any reinstallation or reconfiguration.
Yes. Your Xtream Codes API and M3U credentials aren't tied to any specific app — you can install a different player from ibo.al at any time and reuse the same login details.
